We are a faith-based, trauma-informed coaching and advisory practice. We are not a healthcare provider and not subject to HIPAA. Please avoid sending medical records or highly sensitive information.
2. The Types of Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect Personal Information (data that identifies or can reasonably identify you) and Non-Personal Information (data that does not identify you).
You provide directly (examples): name, email, phone, city/state/country, time zone, interest selections, messages, intake answers (goals, topics, project details, dates/usage for modeling, budget), booking details, testimonial submissions (permission requested before using names/images). Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
From third parties (as applicable): scheduling/video tools (e.g., calendar, Zoom/Meet), email/SMS platforms (to send confirmations/updates), analytics, cloud hosting, and payment processors. We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties share data with us lawfully.
Automatically via the Site: device/usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps) and cookies/pixels for basic functionality and analytics (see Section 6).
3. How We Use Personal Information and Why
We use Personal Information to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services; personalize communications and follow-ups
Schedule sessions, send confirmations/reminders, and deliver resources/“Care Maps”

SMS consent. If you provide a phone number and opt in, we may send limited SMS related to your inquiry/booking. Message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Legal bases (EU/UK visitors only). Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics, communications), legal obligations, or vital interests.
Retention. We keep data only as long as needed:
Inquiry/booking records: ~24 months after last interaction
Client files (session notes, Care Maps): up to 7 years (or less if not needed)
Transaction records: as required by tax/financial rules We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed, subject to legal holds.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information, including:
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL)
Access controls & least-privilege for accounts/tools
Platform security provided by our website host, scheduling, email/SMS, payment, and cloud vendors
Retention & deletion practices (see Section 3)

No system is 100% secure. Please use strong, unique passwords and avoid sending sensitive information by email.
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell Personal Information. We may share it with:
Service providers (hosting, scheduling, payment, email/SMS, analytics, cloud storage) under contracts limiting their use
Professional advisors (legal/accounting)
Successors in a business transfer

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing. We may share aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and service improvement. If we ever engage in “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state laws, we will update this Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core features (e.g., remembering choices) and to understand Site usage. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled. We may use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and improve performance.
